Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is issued by SPOTMIND HK Limited (Business Registration No: XXXX), a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Spotline", "we", "us") and forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Trial period
The 7-day Trial is free of charge. No payment is taken. If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, no charge is made.
2. Monthly subscription
A refund of the first paid monthly charge may be granted only if you submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of the date of that first charge. After the 7-day window, no refund of any monthly charge will be granted, in whole or in part, for any reason, except as required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
No pro-rata refund is offered for partial-month usage.
3. Annual subscription
A refund of the first paid annual charge may be granted only if you submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of the date of that first charge. After the 14-day window, no refund of any annual charge will be granted, in whole or in part, for any reason, except as required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
No pro-rata refund is offered.
4. Renewals
Auto-renewal charges are NOT refundable. It is the user's sole responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to renew.
5. Termination for cause — no refund
Where Spotline terminates an account for cause — including but not limited to abuse, fraud, breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, chargeback abuse, or use of the service for unlawful purposes — no refund of any unused subscription period will be made.
6. Chargeback abuse
Any user who initiates a chargeback or payment-card dispute without first contacting support@spotline.space and giving Spotline a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter will be permanently banned from the service and barred from future subscription.
The user shall additionally be liable for a chargeback-handling fee of USD 25 per incident, payable on demand. Spotline reserves the right to recover this fee through any lawful means, including referral to a collection agent.
7. Refund method
Refunds are issued exclusively through the original payment method used for the charge. No cash refund, no cryptocurrency refund, no voucher, and no transfer to a different payment method will be made.
8. Refund timing
Where granted, Spotline will process the refund within 10 business days of approval. Settlement of the refund to your bank or wallet will require an additional 5 to 15 business days, depending on your payment processor and your bank.
9. Currency and FX
Refunds are issued in the original currency of the charge, in the original amount of the charge. Any foreign-exchange loss between the original charge and the refund settlement is borne by the user. Spotline is not liable for any FX-related shortfall.
10. Fraudulent or stolen payment instruments
Where a subscription is found to have been paid with a fraudulent or stolen payment instrument, the account will be terminated immediately, no refund will be made, and Spotline reserves the right to refer the matter to law-enforcement and to the issuing bank.
11. How to request a refund
From the email address registered to the account, write to support@spotline.space stating: account email; the transaction ID of the charge; and the basis on which a refund is requested. We will respond within 2 Hong Kong business days.
